Clients are solely responsible for advertising spend.
9. Service Timelines

- Ads: Initial results may take up to 10 days
- SEO: Results may take 3–6 months or longer

10. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
- Leads or conversions

- Revenue or ROI
All results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
11. Intellectual Property
- All materials remain our property until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client
We retain ownership of:
- Internal systems
- Processes
